- Tenants must follow the rules shared during onboarding.
- Illegal activities, substance abuse, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Refunds (if applicable) are subject to our cancellation policy.
- Early termination may attract penalties as per the agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Any personal loss, theft, or damage within the premises
- Unforeseen service disruptions due to technical or natural causes
7. Website Usage
- You agree not to misuse the website or post false/misleading information.
- All content, logos, and media are property of Tuliip Paying Guest and may not be reused without permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
